We normally ship orders within one to two business days after receipt of your order and payment.  If an item is on back order it may take up to 5 business days to ship it to you.  You will receive a confirmation e-mail with the details of your order and any shipping delays.   

Returns / Refunds Policy  

Returns or exchanges must be submitted within 14 days of the shipping date.  You will be responsible for all shipping costs.  In order for us to process your return/exchange you must obtain a RA number from us.  To obtain a RA number please contact us at customerservice@bagzbeltzandbeyond.com making sure to include your name, item(s) to be returned/exchanged, and the invoice number.  The RA number must be noted on the shipping label.  Returns will be reimbursed at 80% of the original purchase price (excluding all shipping costs).  All returned items must be returned in their original packaging with tags attached.  Used items will not be accepted.  In the event of damaged goods (in original packaging with tags attached), you may chose to have the item replaced or have the full purchase price refunded (shipping costs excluded).  There will be no shipping costs for the replacement item.  Please allow two - four weeks for your returns to be processed.  Prices are subject to change without notice.
